Sweet & Silly Together for Kraft It Up
You ever have that one vacation photo you took that you cannot WAIT to scrap? This sneaker photo I took of all of us on a paving stone at the Sunken Garden in St. Petersburg Florida really couldn't wait.
With that in the back of my mind, I was checking some posts and Milagros Kraft It Up Challenge page caught my eye. The cardboard on her layout reminded me of a piece I had stashed from my last coffee shop coffee. I abandoned my computer, whipped out the piece of kraft paper that comes in my kits and got to work with some plaster, followed by inks, splatters, and finally some dyed ribbon.
I will miss this fluffy snow I've been using as a backdrop to my pages. I hear we have more coming tomorrow followed by ice. ;-(
Here is a close up so you can enjoy that ribbon just a bit more. I am having SO much fun making that crinkled tie dyed ribbon!
It looks like there will be a challenge over at Kraft It Up coming soon involving Valentine's Day! Hope I can link this page, but if I missed a few rules, I dare say I had HUGE fun making this! Thanks for the inspiration Milagros!
Happy Tuesday!
