The Sixth Icicle for Linda's Funkie Junkie 12 Tag Challenge

This is my sixth icicle for Linda's Funkie Junkie 12 Tags of Christmas. Linda's store The Funkie Junkie Boutique sponsors the tags and she is also inspiration behind our creativity!

Linda created a very monocromatic tag with a very slight hint of color on the snowflake flower. She also used pearl snowflakes. I decided to go monocromatic myself but opted to go with the pearl color. I was doing great using JUST one color, when I added some pink & green sparkles to the key I used.

Next thing you know I was inking up some ribbon in pink and crinkling it!

They are all quite different, aren't they! I am working on a display idea now...

Happy Monday!

  1. Your pink seam binding ribbon is absolutely gorgeous! I'm glad you added it - I love the pop of color it provides. The whites and silvers are beautiful too and wow, is that key ever perfect. Another lovely piece of work.

    Hugs,
    Linda

  4. I never would have guessed that the key would be the extra that you added, but if it's going off of Linda's inspiration tag then it's perfect!! That is so beautiful with the gems on top and what a perfect idea to add pink crinkled ribbon. They are so incredible all together. Congrats for being at the 1/2 way point!
