I think I made my most favorite of little metal Herb Ox Tin Tops. I love my little tree!
I must confess, when I show you the tag from 12 Tags of Christmas Tags Challenge over at the Funkie Junkie that inspired me, you may question my sanity.
I tell you, it made me think oriental in which case I have always wanted one of those little gem stone trees.
So, it makes sense in my head?
Alright, you are pretending to be with me. That is OK. ;-)
Here is Linda's amazing tag that inspired me.
And yes, I know I skipped Tag 7. I am trying to figure out how to shrink a deer that small. I am sure eventually I will get it all figured out! If you get a chance, check out the store that is sponsoring these tags, it's The Funkie Junkie!
Today they continue on with Day Three over at Visions of Sugar Plums with the following blogs in the hop and prizes:
Giveaways: $20 gift certificate - My Time MadeEasy
1 set of choice - Digital Paper
1 set of choice - Moonlighting by Mary
1 set of choice - Paper Sweeties
My giveway for this blog hop is tomorrow! I can't wait. Can you see that bird sitting on the most awesome green patina metal roof? You will for sure stop back, right? You just have to leave a comment on all the blogs participating on Thursday to win, easy peasy!
And last but not least...HAPPY HUMP DAY!

love tags and these are amazing
ReplyDeleteI love the detours and roundabouts your brain takes! I never would have seen Oriental, but now that you say it, I can see it. Your tins are the heat chica. That tree is sensational and I'm certain Linda will love what her tag inspired you to create here. :)
ReplyDeleteLove your little clock...adore your little heart....they're all soooo cute:):):)
ReplyDeleteThis tin is fabulous, Mitra! Love the sparkles and the tree with the patina is just gorgeous. Very cool take on Tag#8. So happy you are sharing these beauties with us!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Linda
Those tins are 100% adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteWhile the Oriental motif would not have appeared to me, after seeing your tin lid, I do see that the colors of the tag do have a flair of the Orient! Besides, inspiration pieces shouldn't necessarily lead to a very similar creation. I love your beautiful tree!
