Beautiful Baby Layout for The Cutting Cafe

I got my hands on the coolest little cutting file the other day. Almost so cool I wished I had a baby again, but I am enjoying sleeping in on the weekends as much as fun as a baby might be!

Regina at THE CUTTING CAFE comes up with the coolest ideas! A baby bottle card, shower invite or scrapbook page embellishment!

Having made lots of shower invites in the past, I would have KILLED for one shaped like a baby bottle!

We do have a new baby in the family though. Just as we were leaving Canada two weeks ago, we got a text saying that Evelyn Marie Rose was born!

I am so excited for my Mother in Law. She has been ITCHING to get her hands on that baby for, well, NINE months!

Decided to make Stephanie a page with the sweet little photo I got via text.

I started by first making some tags. I figured I could always tie them onto baby gifts and then just use one on my page. They were so much fun I got crazy and used all four!

I ended up coloring in the top part of my bottle and also the little pink ring because I wanted a sketchy/vintage look to my page. I also layered them because I really wanted the depth.

You can see the layers in this photo as well as the lovely chippy I painted up from Lizzy Hill.

If you don't wish to hand draw on the front of these bottles, the cutting file for the top is also included! Regina even thought of the inside of the invite too!

Take a stroll through her shop! Lots of things to buy that you can hand cut as well!

Happy Labor Day to you folks in the states! And on the subject of labor, congrats on your new baby, Stephanie! We love her to bits!
